Defendant Found Not Guilty of Simple Assault, PIC, Recklessly Endangering Another Person

True or False

Defendant, R.C., was charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and possession of an instrument of a crime.  Defendant allegedly pulled a firearm on the complainant during an incident of road rage. R.C. first opted for a lawyer with over thirty (30) years of experience, and widely considered one of the best in the city.  After being frustrated with the lawyer’s lack of communication, R.C. fired the highly distinguished lawyer and called the Law Office of Mark D. Copoulos.

Mr. Copoulos collected photographs of the scene of the alleged crime, as well as video of the route leading up to the supposed road rage incident.  On the day of trial, Mr. Copoulos discredited the complaining witness, who left the courthouse in frustration.  At closing argument, Attorney Copoulos hammered home the fact that defendant had not prior criminal record and was a man of honor. The sitting judge found the defendant not guilty of all charges.
